My Doctorate is in the work of Jung, specifically in the way we speak about dreams, unconscious, mythical and imaginal material, and how we find and make meaning from our dreams.
I utilise depth psychology and related techniques to explore the meanings, energy and processes - both personal and archetypal - within dreams. Together, we will translate the symbols and themes that arise in your night-time visions, facilitating personal growth and self-discovery. My speciality is in working with other creatives in bringing the images and energy in their dreams to life through their work.
I am trained in dreamwork and psychodynamics, and have over 25 years' experience in the work of Jung (analytical psychology) including a Masters' Degree with Distinction and PhD. I have a background in the creative arts, working as a writer, musician and artist running my own sustainable practise. I am trained in two traditional indigenous Shamanic traditions and am currently training as an Archetypal Pattern Analyst. I am involved in ongoing Jungian Arts-Based Research.
"Well, what an eye-opener dreamwork has turned out to be. I booked a session out of curiosity more than anything else, and am hooked. I work as a content writer and am always looking for new ways to approach my work. What I learned during my first dreamwork session has given me a fresher, more grounded approach and now I know exactly where to go for inspiration, every time." D.T.W.
I am in the UK on BST/GMT and work Virtually across multiple time-zones
